This 4 bedroom 3.5 bath Loft is situated just minute from all the downtown activities. This third floor penthouse has views of the foothills to the Blue Ridge Mountains. Enjoy time relaxing on the three balconies with views of Historic downtown Rome. Centrally located next to downtown dining, shopping, tennis, axe throwing, Rome Auditorium!

The space

Bella Vista provides loft living at its best. With 4 bedrooms and an Open floor plan and spacious rooms with amazing views. Cozy seating areas and plenty of space on three balconies to enjoy a good book or utilize the reliable wifi and do a little catch up on work.

Guest access

Bella Vista is easy to locate. There is no elevator so prepare for the three flights of stairs to the penthouse. It is well worth the effort! Once you arrive at the front door simply enter your unique code and turn the deadbolt. The place is yours!

Other things to note

Bella Vista does have a strict NO PET and NO PARTY clause. No pets of any kind and quiet hours will be enforced. Be aware there are folks living in the units below. We do not have any child proofing devices and decor is not suitable for smaller children. Balconies are also not ideal for smaller children.

Loved! The cabin was exceptionally peaceful and relaxing for a weekend with my bff and we’ve already started planning when we want to come back again. It was less than two miles from Serenity Spa where we had services scheduled, so the location was also perfect. Julie was an excellent host, and we lacked for nothings I highly recommend this cabin.

This was our second time staying at Julie’s place, and it was just as great as the first! She’s a fantastic host, very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. We really enjoyed all the amenities, including the indoor fireplace, outdoor fire pit, and hot tub. We especially loved relaxing on the deck right by the river, a perfect spot for reading or just enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The beds are super comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!
